Has my order gone through?

When an order is successful you will receive an email confirmation with an order number. 

 

If you do not see this in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder.

 

If you still cannot find it, please do get in touch with us and we can double check for you. 

How can I cancel an order?

As long as your order has not yet been processed, we can cancel your order and issue a refund straight away. 

Please just contact us if you want to cancel or change an order.

Why has my order been cancelled?

If payment has not been successful, the system will automatically cancel the order. 

If you have chosen to pay with Klarna, the order will be received as "Pending Payment". If the payment is not successful, the order status will be automatically updated to "Cancelled".

 

There may be times that we are unable to complete your order, and if this is the case, we will usually email to let you know the reason your order is being cancelled. If you have not seen this email, please do check your Spam / Junk folder.
